- If you have questions or issues
with SiteBuilder, please login and click the Help tab (top right).
- Click on the "Ask a question"
button.
- Fill out the form and explain your issue. The
more detail you provide, the faster we can answer your question or resolve the
issue.
This form is sent
directly to support technicians that can help you ASAP. Following this
procedure will ensure proper routing and the fastest
resolution.
Secondary Support
Contact Method:
If for some reason
you cannot use the form, cannot login or need to forward something to us, please
send to support@houstonshost.com. Include your domain
name or site name along with all your full contact
information.
In the event we cannot resolve
the issue or a detailed explanation is needed, we may initiate contact via
phone. This is the last step in the Support chain of events.
It is important to adhere to the following procedure so
we can resolve your SiteBuilder issues in the most efficient manner
possible.
