Forwarding to AOL in SiteBuilder

Some recent changes have been made to the way emails are forwarded to AOL email accounts.  If a customer has an email account setup to forward messages to an AOL account, the forwarded message is now included as an attachment in the email message received.

This change was made due to AOL email holders reporting the forwarded messages as spam.  By reporting the forwarded message as spam, the customer is actually reporting that our mail systems sent the spam messages since we forwarded the message to them.  Because of these reports, this can cause our mail systems to get blocked from sending messages to any AOL customers.  This change was necessary to prevent AOL from blocking our mail systems due to customers' reporting their own forwarded messages as spam.
