The XML Sitemap Ping Tool is a time saving application for  Site owners, Webmasters and Search Engine Optimization professionals.
When new pages are published on your site, you should always rebuild your XML Sitemap and upload it to the designated directory (typically Root).  Once that is complete,  It's a good idea to "ping" or alert the search engine that you have new content ready to be indexed.  
There are several way to do this.

1. Logon to your Webmaster tool accounts at the respective search property and resubmit your Sitemap.  ( Time Consuming)
2. Use the command line to ping your URL.  (Time Consuming and what were those URL's again?)
3. Use our online XML Sitemap Ping tool.  ( Free and Easy!)
