The format bar allows you to format your text, setup links, insert images and setup HTML tables

text edit area
Type your text into the text edit area, or paste text into your web site using the paste button in the toolbar, or the edit/paste menu of our browser.

Entering/formatting text

1. Type text into the editor or paste text into the editor by clicking the paste button in the toolbar or with the edit/paste menu of your browser.
2. Single spacing - to single space between paragraphs, hold down the SHIFT key and hit ENTER.
3. Highlight the text that you want to format.
4. Click one of the formatting options to modify your text.
5. Click "OK" to save your changes.

1. Highlight the text that you want to link.
2. Click the link button in the format tool bar.
3. Select the link type.
4. Enter the address to link to.
5. Select to open the link in the same window or a new window.
6. Click insert or update to save your changes.

• http: links to a web site address.
• https: links to a secure web site address.
• site page: link to a page on your site.
• mailto: link to an email address.

Inserting images

1. Click the insert image icon.
2. Use the file manager to either select or upload an image.
3. Select your image.
   • Upload an image - click the browse button, find the image on your computer, select the image, and then click the upload button.
   • Select an image - find the file with the file manager. Choose the file location and click "select" to choose the image.
4. Click "OK" to save your changes.

1. Click the HTML checkbox in the lower left corner of the edit box.
2. Enter your HTML code.
3. Un-check the HTML box.
4. Click "OK" to save your changes.
